Career Advice is a vital part
of the service that we provide at FCA. Our service is specifically designed
to help those wishing to embark on a new career in Financial Services or
to make career path changes. Our consultants at FCA have established city
careers and in-depth knowledge of many functions in Financial Services.
Knowing how the industry works and what the jobs entail are most important
in finding the right career path. FCA can help you by suggesting roles suited
to your skill set and will also be able to give you first hand knowledge
of and specialist advice on many career paths. Skills Analysis can
help you identify the ideal position to suit your abilities and attributes.
FCA can assist you in your search to find a city career by helping you to
objectively analyse your skills.
The advice and assessment can be given
at a face to face meeting (preferable for those in or around London) or
via e-mail following phone/e-mail correspondence.
As part of your preparation for further career development
you may also want to consider executive coaching as provided by New Perspectives,
one of our partner organisations (click the logo to link to their site).
